We have done a number of these in the past. They are beautiful and required a lot of time and manpower to get them done well. That all equals more expensive.

Joe Loehle Photography has streamlined the process, invested in the right equipment, and figured out a way to bring the cost down. Instead of almost $1000, it is now $300-400!

Videos are 2 minutes long. Research shows that is as long as people are willing to watch, so we want to get everything in that time. 

​

Drone video is no extra charge in areas where we can fly them. If not able to fly, then ground exteriors will be substituted.
